Its not over till its over but congrats on being persistent. You're right, it isn't over. They didn't go through the expense of printing up another 50M or 100M or 9B or however many shares for nothing. Whether they're going to short first and cover later or run one more big pump is, I think, an open question. CDCH used to be WMAC, so their reporting deadline is considerably further in the future; who knows, there may be some kind of stock-swapping deal with them. And let's face it, part of the attraction of the OTC:BB cesspool is that you just never really know. :-)
