No basis? Where's the basis for all the accusations made against GWB? As to the rape allegations, a credible witness has come forward with an accusation, the facts indicate Clinton was in the locale and could have committed the crime. The alleged victim made several contemporaneous corroborative statements to third parties which have been verified. Plenty of "basis", if you care to look. JLA
