TORONTO (Dow Jones)--Dell Computer Corp.'s (DELL) Canadian unit said it,
Rogers@Home and Shaw@Home have formed an alliance to offer Dell's home and home
office customers one year of unlimited high-speed cable Internet access with the
purchase of any Dell Dimension or Dell Inspiron personal computer.

In a news release, Dell Canada said that starting now, its customers can take
advantage of Internet connections that are up to 100 times faster than regular
telephone dial-up connections, allowing customers to add user capabilities such
as accessing video on-demand, CD-quality audio, and Web-surfing at lightning
speed.

Rogers@Home is owned by Rogers Cablesystems Ltd., a unit of Rogers
Communications Inc. (RG) a communications company.

Shaw@Home is owned by Shaw Communications Inc. (SJR), a communications company
providing cable television and Internet services.

Funny you should mention that - I have Nov 22.5 CPQ calls bought at 1/4 and now at 11/16 (was up to 3/4 earlier today). The Jan 20's are an even bigger win, bought at 5/8 and now 3 1/4. A little more updraft would be nice...

Near term DELL calls never got cheap - another indication that people really did not lose confidence in the stock.
