The little E&P's are still cheap.

Adding more RRC today. Also waiting on more TMR. Have a lot of HAL, RIG, FLC, and APA. Also holding some OEI and FST. All picked up cheaply lately.

Those of you playing with GLBL will probably do well, and I may join you. But the rig builders like FGH, are still very unappealing to me. By the time they get any significant business, the drillers like RIG, DO, and FLC will be doing extremely well, and hence look much better to me.

The fundamentals seem to be in place for a sustained rally. OPEC extending quotas, huge daily draws worldwide in Sept. and Oct., and crude heading toward $25. My portfolio is about 1% above its level when the OSX was 90. The series of little panics we've seen recently have been great buying opportunities. Thanks to Slider and others on this board, I've learned to trade a lot more. At this point, I'm holding for what IMHO is the start of the big push to OSX 100 and beyond.
