Thats what I thought slotting fees were. But amazon already charges slotting fees (at least for books) then, don't they? Remember that brouhaha about a year ago where the book on the amzn cover page got there because the publisher paid for it... then amzn said they would indicate any paid presence on the homepage after that. I never saw any of those disclaimers, btw.
