Hi Slider,
<<<"Uhhh Ohhhh; diana g's back ...">>>

I'm here all the time, Slider.
I'm just not very loquacious, so you don't notice me.

I am about as deep into margin as I am comfortable being now. But I did buy just a little (1k) GLBL this morning. Recently re-entered PGO. In the future I'm expecting RIG to underperform (relatively) as all those shares that will be in the hands of SLB owners (some of whom won't want them) come up for sale. I may try to take advantage of that situation if I'm right, since I like RIG very much for the long term but currently have none.

I sure hope the hostility that was directed at Gary B didn't cause him to quit posting here. I hate to see the board lose a valuable contributor because someone thinks it's OK to vent their steam here.

regards,
diana

UFAB

I'm holding off until after XMAS. Disappointing earnings and tax selling is slaughtering this company. With completion of L. Charles facility and tax selling behind them; UFAB will be a flyer by late spring or early Summer if next years forecasts are believable. In the meantime, I am obviously enamored with FGH potential. Premier pick for growth, now selling @ Depression era prices. After my Hvide fiasco, I'm due for a good pick. As I am fond of saying: "Even a blind squirrel occasionally finds a nut!"

If I can time it just right, I anticipate using FGH profits to buy UFAB providing me with a zero basis. Rots of Ruck, huh?
