JC and JDN,
I don't know, JDN and Javaguy, it's not looking too good.
I caught a news item out of the LA Times that the GOP was starting at ISP service (GOPnet.com). Here's the netcraft result...

Damn, that is a serious blow to the perception of the GOP decision making ability. They need to hire some educated geeks. Not those who were taught PowerPoint in school. I thought the Reform party hired all those M$/Power Point types, given Ross P's like for multi-colored pie charts.

Along these lines, have you noticed how politicians, even "newsmen" sound incredibly unintelligent trying to discuss the M$/DOJ thing? Some even try to take a stance, one way or the other. Pretty Sad effort. I saw Ollie North on his show trying to defend M$, Bill G. should wire some money fast to get him to shut up, because he's not helping their cause.
Cracked a rib laughing, listening to that joker.

JG

p.s. I'd like to develop a calculation to measure M$ spin. One factor is the frequency of the use of the word "innovation" by Ballmer and Gates. I think it correlates with worthless M$ shill postings here, but will take some more time to pan out.
I could use some other metrics, if you can think of any.
I'd love to chart "weekly $ spent on Washington dinners v time." and "How many lobbyists (or PR folks) does Bill own today?"
