Because THQ management seems to have such an aversion to holding their shares (options) very long, buying any on the open market, and selling indiscriminately, perhaps shareholders should demand a change to performance based options. Get it on the ballot and I'll vote for it. Remember the novel way that Midway management, earlier this year, structured their stock purchases/options? Midway stock was purchased by
mgt. and employees at the street price of $8-9 at the time. The stock is at $21+ right now and could be at $30 by Jan. Mgt. gets to buy 3 x as many shares at the original purchase of $8-9/share. What a deal. I would love to see something like this implemented for THQ. I believe this was from Maule on the AOL, MWY board:

"Nicastro and other Midway employees purchased shares from the company with their own money under an incentive program that gives them the option to purchase three times as many shares at the same price a year from now. The workers will profit if Midway shares rise".
