Well, thanks, I appreciate the thought. I also appreciate the forbearance <g>. I don't think I can stand knowing any more than I do now; in fact, I'd like to forget a parcel of it. I DID know about the deep-in-the-money complexities. This does NOT mean I understand the complexities completely (just a few rules of thumb), but I knew they were there. The way I figure it, let the IRS worry about it; I'll just worry about reporting it honestly. THAT I can manage <gg>. Spots
