Sounds pretty screwed up to me. With the market as "touchy" as it is right now, I'd give it a few days to see what the reality of the situation is, versus fear and tax loss selling. I did see an article referring to some SEC investigation and RAD, but don't know the whole story. If nothing else, some of JD's recent picks have had financial problems shortly after being added to his recommended list(CD, RAD come to mind). DWB Q10K/Y2K+5
