I believe that once the Intel front company made a bid.

The techsearch folks somehow found about an Intel link.

They then claimed that to the judge.

Once the judge asked if this was true they responded that they were an "affiliate".

At least they didn't lie to the judge at that point and fessed up.

How techsearch found out is intriguing to say the least.
