A better question is whether this chipset really makes one hoot of a difference, since the Socket 7 platform is dying. AMD will try and breathe new life into it with a K6-2+, but the fact is Celeron has surpassed K6-anything a long time ago. Do these guys expect to beat Celeron on the 810-DC100 chipset?

As for that 128-bit wide DRAM interface, that does seem a little odd, especially considering that even Athlon platforms only have a 64-bit wide memory channel. Athlon needs a double-wide memory channel much more than some trailing-edge Socket 7 platform.
