the time component of your Nov. call will diminish very rapidly as you approach expiration. If you want to capture that value, and do not think the underlying issue(s) are about to spike further, you would want to consider selling asap. The risk and "cost" of holding calls increases very quickly as you approach expiration, particularly if you are out of the money -- in that instance the only value to the option is the time component. good luck. I share this because I have been burned in the past by holding calls too long. I've learned! I have done very well the last 4 trading days on some round trip Dec. SLBs. Closed the last of them this morning.
