[here is an article that should demonstrate why you should watch cash flow in preference to earnings} I have seen a company with cash flow near $15 million/year with market cap only $19 million. It seems to me that nobody cares cash flow under some circumstance. Message 11867115 ip

Paul, Thanks for the articles and commentary. I have been using some of it to debunk a NPV calculation of SUNW value at $160 per share. The author of the article is using "operating cash flow" instead of "Free cash flow". SUNW: Operating Income-----1522 Operating cash flow--2516 Free cash flow--------420 The S&P multiplier on free cashflow is currently 46X. There is a bubble in the market prices for some stocks! Chuzz, Hi, I am back, but the thread seems to have changed, I don't see too many posts from the regulars that were here all the time about a year ago, LOD, and others. I am sure ya'll are still out there. Guess what, I am not bearish this time. Looking for higher prices based on today's action. Jim
