MIKE WAS NEVER, CHARGED, INDICTED OR TRIED Questions for you (or Mike): 1. Did Mike testify at all at the ATL trial? 2. Did Mike testify that "he had installed a command in a computer system to erase traces of a fraudulent annuity investment plan that his father created involving the insolvent American Teachers Life Insurance Co." If not, what did he actually testify to? 3. Do you not think that attempting to cover up evidence of a "fraudulent annuity investment plan" is a crime? 4. Might you think the authorities could have, had they wanted to, charged Mike with a crime? 5. Do you, Hogger, condone Mike's actions of trying to cover up a "fraudulent annuity investment plan"? 6. What role did J Curshen play as regards CYGS? - Jeff
