Largest insider buying not ever through SHWD, but PRU. SHWD has been a major short, although some longs have bought large through him. Currently it looks like short covering... SHWD wanted REDI to sell him some shares, but wouldn't go up to REDI's price. Go figure.

Lots of short covering the last few weeks, much more than the selloff which came on light volume.

REDI and INCA have been aggressive all week, not attacking the bid, but attempting to contain the ask. Both of these were used as tools by CC or in conjunction with CC, to drive the stock down heavily in the early summer.

The clear collusion by the short coalition violates the 30k shares/day restriction on CC, but it doesn't seem to bother these guys.

CC has been very busy doling out shares to the other shorts who helped in the attempted take-down a few months ago. Games up. CC's shares are in finite supply, since they cannot get the price down and hold it. They would be fools to keep passing up partial conversion opportunities. Go figure... all that money they left on the table... <VBG>

Further, the WAG that CC could get more information from the company than do shareholders who frequently speak with management is ludicrous. CC cannot afford to be given true 'inside information,' as that would prevent them from trading as they do. They are left with reading the tea leaves with the rest of us...

My tea is steeping nicely right now.
