DD, read post 2721 for my attempt at estimation..... If my 6.2 TSQD = 1 DRIV is close, buying TSQD at today's close is equivalent to paying $29.82 for DRIV. Not much below its own close, the difference merely windage. Ergo, not much point in risking the indirect, given that the deal may still not go down, or the hold-backs could be more burdensome, etc., etc.,...... Now, who has some idea as to why the run-up late today? Was the FerrettSoft announcement that important, or what? Cheers, David
