Greg, they don't have a clue. They just seem to be moving their target whenever the market exceeds it. If they even bothered to do a few minutes of pencil work and see what OA comes to at 10X sales and where MRVC is at, they would see they have to up it a bit more. But Rao stated in a report a few months back that he thought OA (before it was OA) was only worth 3 X sales in an IPO. Now I have been using 10 X sales which is really a low end number. What if they do better than that in the IPO? Then what if the market values OA around 20 X sales like peer companies?
