COVD - soon they'll get tired of holding this stock at a standstill like this... RTHM which is part of the same deal with GTE ran like a racehorse today while COVD stumbled at the gate... or maybe better said like this, "got confused and headed the other way when it saw the finish line". It did break the resistance a couple times but it doesn't count since it did not close above it. :)) I'll keep holding... and I bought Nov 50 calls today real cheap. Let's see what happens... SF

COVD - Maybe? theinternetanalyst.com COVAD COMMUNICATIONS (COVD: research, earnings): Deutsche Banc Alex. Brown rates the shares of COVAD COMMUNICATIONS a STRONG BUY, with a 12-month price target of $90. The brokerage said the company reported a very strong quarter and increased subscriber growth. It also noted that the economics of DSL service are compelling. It forecasts a loss for 1999 of $2.91 per share and a loss for 2000 of $5.27 per share. For 4Q99 it forecasts a loss of $1.04 per share. The company's shares were trading at $50.12 early on November 8. Research about the company was accessed 477 times last week and there were 17 new reports about the company added to our database.
