Any idea why when the 'after-market' opens @ 4:30 the CPQ bid price drops the fraction part of its previous bid.

For example today, the bid @ 4:29 was 21 3/4, @ 4:30 it became 21. I've noticed this happening for the past week or so.

In fact the price just rose to 22 with the bid still stuck @ 21
