I believe Wilcher's LFT and Grace Trust are separate entities, although it is possible they are both, in effect, just personal accounts for her.

LFT appears to be a personal piggybank for her, judging from the public records in the Marasco suit. Sort of like bank accounts or brokerages for you and me. I have more than one bank account. Why should we think she is using only one trust? Why should we think that when two trusts are mentioned, that they must be the same thing?

She had a bankruptcy a few years ago, and she thereafter began using trusts. LFT, Grace, and who knows if there are more. I would assume the idea was to protect her assets from creditors the next time around.

It's not just Wilcher. Bill has at least one trust that I've found. The William Wallace Trust was sued by Canadian investors who loaned it money to buy a restaurant in Phoenix. That suit is in the Maricopa County records.
