INFe.com Signs Consulting Agreement with DataMEG Corporation;
DataMEG Corporation Develops High-Speed Data Transmission
Processor

PR Newswire - November 10, 1999 09:12

TYSONS CORNER, Va., Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- INFe.com (OTC Bulletin Board: INFE) an Internet infrastructure
company, today announced a consulting contract with DataMEG Corporation, a Washington, D.C. area telecommunications
development company, to strategically position DataMEG to become a publicly traded company.

DataMEG Corporation has developed a proprietary technology, the Communications Acceleration System (CAS), which
processes data over Plain Old Telephone Systems (POTS) at transmission speeds well in excess of other conventional data
transmission technologies.

"This is an important step in the evolution and execution of our strategic business plan," states Andrew Benson, President of
DataMEG Corporation. "We are at the stage in the development of CAS where additional engineering resources are required.
We anticipate that our CAS products will be ready for sale and purchase in the marketplace in 2000. In order to achieve that
mandate we will require capital, and we have retained the services of INFe.com to assist in this process."

"According to our preliminary technology evaluation, it appears that DataMEG has one of the most exciting technology
breakthroughs in high-speed data transmission. Their CAS technology may change internet access and the data transmission
industry forever," said Thomas Richfield, President and Chief Executive Officer of INFe.com. "We are very pleased that they
have chosen our Company to assist them in building their infrastructure."

INFe.com's contract with DataMEG, in addition to their search for capital, calls for INFe.com to acquire a 3% equity stake in
DataMEG as well as additional stock options and assist DataMEG in recruiting technology personnel and provide Human
Resource management services through INFe.com's Professional Employer Organization (PEO) and Staffing divisions.
INFe.com plans to make additional information available as they reach successful milestones with DataMEG Corporation.
