NSKY filing, any day now. I just started looking at it last night, today's action was a complete surprise to me. LOL, a cyberfriend asked my opinion last night. I took a look, and said it's stagnant and needs news or great filing to pop it.

Then fell off my chair this morning.

In answer for initial research...
New Sky Communications is a fully reporting company with very little debt and a small overhead. It has 200 million shares authorized with 193 million issued and approximately 110 million in the float. The Company has been reporting for years. The next report should be out in about a week at most - if not sooner.
Today's volume is the highest in quite a while. People were able to buy before the PR came out. This was Cinemax's slip - not the company. Expect higher prices and a slow steady climb over the longer term.
A minimum of one Pr is to be issued w/approval from Cinemax/HBO between tomorrow and the middle of next week. A series of PRs have been billed for release as items of substance allows. This company does not issue PRs as often as others. Quite a few things are in the works and this company is beginning it's growing stage.
