Thanks much for that info. I didn't notice that article on TSCM. Seems to me then that for the situation I was in there was no way out. No ECN was available to sell to and I would assume that ARCA has the same problems since it still has to use selectnet, though I could imagine that different access points might give different results. Brown probably has direct links to the MM's, I cant see how else they can execute so quickly. Too bad they dont have instant confirm and cancel functions. Its tough enough dealing with the slowness of the MM even when the system is working properly. I wish the MM's would just give up and start using ISLD along with the rest of us. Eric
