"They should have converted... they were stupid not too."

Stupid - its an appropriate word when it comes to your thinking.

You have been stupid to own large amounts of a company that depends on such financing. You were stupid to sell CLS short at 27 - it is 69, less than 8 months later. You were stupid to criticize CKFR at mid teens in August 1998. It is 46 today.

On to other things in the 10Q.

Time to stop arguing with MGV, and talk about other things in the 10Q.

I see that they raised $1.5 million in October through a term loan (convertible at a fixed price) to Carl Berg. Based on this, and the 3.0 million they got from the October financing, and increasing revenues from NI, it doesn't appear that Valence will need to do an interim financing round for November. In fact, they say in the 10Q they have enough money to last until the end of December.

I hope someone asks whether additional interim financings are planned for this year during tomorrow's conference call.

Looks to me like the floorless threat is about to be removed, followed by the 'leaky floorless' theory being relegated to the scrap heap.
