Re:AMD will have a live web broadcast of its Nov. 11 analyst meeting

Does anybody else get the feeling that AMD rolled over just a little to easy on the issue of a live broadcast. The whole thing seems just a wee bit contrived to me.

In any event, a job well done to those who took the time to voice your displeasure to AMD management over this issue.

Let's just hope we get half the good news that were expecting.

Steve - RE: "You have been heard. You may tell the folks on SI and Yahoo that AMD will have a live web broadcast of its Nov. 11 analyst meeting."

This decision is GREAT!

The Company is changing.

One year ago, AMD was CANCELLING analyst meetings. But now, it is making the meeting available to hear for anyone in the world with a net connection!

Chuck, Thanks for starting the idea to write them an email. I wouldn't be surprised if your goading of people to follow your lead helped influence the decision. I never wrote a letter, but now I regret it.

Everyone else who wrote them a letter - Thanks!
