Its quite easy really. You simply need to buy when there is selling and sell when there is buying. Gotta be watching real time prints for that, having L2 helps a lot too.

Buying on the bid and selling at the ask is simply a posting procedure using Island. If you are trying to buy at the bid price then CyberX will post your order on the bid side using Island. You are then WAITING to get filled by another. Island is a matching system. Someone must sell their position to you using Island, while you are the best price.
