agoracom.com MIRANDOR Q&A 1] As I noted on the Bullboards, it would be interesting for everyone to know whether Kinross met their expenditure requirement for 1999. MIQ:ÿ They did not. We don't have their accounting but they did mention that they had spent $800,000. 2] Does MIQ expect a full drill and exploration report from Kinross, or basically a box of diskettes and data dumped on their doorstep. MIQ:ÿ We will have the full report and all the data in electronic format. 3] Based on last year's exploration program, what do they believe the resource estimates for POD (Probable, Possible, etc) now stand? What about the rest of property? MIQ:ÿ Because it was an exploration program, reserve calculation were not done. The known calculation remains unchanged. 4] Another question (more like a prod). As part of the promotion, will MIQ create a professional web-site? I've asked Gilles about this in the past, he knows it needs to be done, but it costs money. I know this is on his to do list, but you might want to encourage him to do this sooner rather than latter. It will provide further evidence that MIQ is alive and kicking. MIQ:ÿ Point taken. 5] What date was the deal with K officially declared dead. MIQ:ÿ Tuesday the 28th of October. 6] Did the parent of MIQ. have any direct involvement with cancellation of the agreement with K. MIQ:ÿ MIQ has no parent company. 7] We speak of having enough funds to run into 2000...how far into 2000? MIQ:ÿ Until August. 8] Who was the contractor that did the drilling for Kinross? MIQ:ÿ Unknown. 9] Were all partners in agreement to cancel contract with k? MIQ:ÿ Yes 10] Resumption of drilling....when? MIQ:ÿ Not before the drilling season starts in Nevada (June) 11] Are there any and i mean any legal liabilities left with the cancellation with K. MIQ:ÿ None whatsoever except that Kinross will reclaim the land (put the ground back in its original state and seed) disturbed by their activities. 12] How much cash if any do we have in the bank? MIQ:ÿ Enough to maintain the company well into 2000. See 7. 13] How deep are the intersections reported in drill holes released to date? MIQ:ÿ We will know when we will get the final report. 14] What are the specific host rocks and formation names of the Lower Plate rocks hosting the deposit - is it the Carlin Formation.
MIQ:ÿ Chainman and Webb Formations 15] If M. Laverdiere isn't a geologist, could he give me the name and telephone number of your Nevada based team leader? MIQ:ÿ I am a geologist. 16] How does Mirandor explain the copper and zinc contents of the drill holes, and have they been assayed for silver? If so, what are the silver values? MIQ:ÿ Copper and zinc come in a skarn-type mineralization. Skarn mineralization is produced when an intrusive magma is localized within limestone rock formations. The End.
