The three bullish arguments above, which we have listed here several times before, are compelling beyond approach.

My new california neighbor in 1989, found compelling beyond approach reasons to buy a house on the hill for $460,000 that was worth less than $300,000, 2 years later, and of course he was an aerospace employee and got laid off during the 90's aerospace recession and handed it over to the bank.

The reasons to buy the top tick are ALWAYS compelling beyond approach.

Barton Biggs may he rest in peace. Victim of the greatest economy nd bull market of our generation. I remain cautiously bullish picking purely stocks which are still undervalued and have sterling futures. So long as there are undervalued stocks to buy some rotation will continue upward - but of course there may be corrections - I think any correction now would be mild and a great buying opportunity for January. Still I remain vigilant. But how can I be pessimistic when I'm still making $5,000 a day now for the last week with no let-up? And that's on just a $110,000 portfolio to start. Even the down day we had I made $5,000. Up 40% in the last month. It's all in the picking, my friends. Buy 'em while they're still low and underappreciated, period. Or do whatever gets you through the night.
