This stock is embattled. It may very well be on sale, but why go into a war zone when you have easier pickens like Texas Instruments, Nokia, Cisco, and yes, even SUNW.

These stocks are going up and are not in a war zone. At this point, Microsoft is a speculation play on some sort of settlement, or that Microsoft is able to tie this thing up in the courts. If they are able to do this, then all MSFT longs are going to make good profits.

This whole thing makes me want to hurl, but unfortunately that's the way I see the lay of the land.
