Larry:

They had twice the capital expenditure as they did last quarter: $1,226K vs. $601K. In addition to the capital expenditure, they spent about $800K on labor to get to the $2M for the cost of construction in progress I mentioned in the last post.

However, it is disheartening to see the completion date pushed back.
