You buying RAD tomorrow? They just announced they are not going to restate.. Now why say ignore all future statements then? and then cancell the conference call... These guys are a bunch of jokers! Who ever bought in the 3's just made a killing!
But I think I would prefer to play the Peld's game of knowing what to do on how to do it when to do it and stay with init.

CAMP HILL, Pa. (Dow Jones)--Rite Aid Corp. (RAD, news, msgs) said it doesn't plan to restate its Form 10-Q for the second quarter.

The company made the statement in response to an earlier reported story Wednesday that may have caused "possible confusion."

Rite Aid had said not to rely on "forward looking profitability and cash flow information" it shared at an Oct. 11 analyst and investor meeting.

The company also canceled a conference call that was scheduled for 5 p.m. EST Wednesday.

In a press release, Rite Aid said its intention was to caution investors not to rely on the information prior to the recent change in management.

The drug retailer added that the conference call wasn't canceled because of any action taken by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
