From what I've read, the runup has been driven by the AEA conference & funds looking for 2nd tier cos. or turnaround plays that have represent good value. We certainly qualify.
Hence no new newz.

I wish I had noted the names of the companies in question, but unfortunately I did not. About 3 months ago I ran across an example very similar to our situation with OA. A company trading at around 40 held stock in a recent partial spin-off that was worth over $70/share based on the market price of the spin-off.

Hopefully someone who lurks here will recall?

As I remember it was a case where the other company was not expected to keep its price at current levels.

So is does happen.
