Does the Hoke incident and investment loss present any basis for a lawsuit against PAIR mgmt ???? This lack of stock performance is getting expensive (i've been around since march of '97). Recent suit win against CA seemed interesting and may be worth a look. Obviously PAIR mgmt has been taking advantage of their positions to reward themselves with cheap options and the stock and common shareholder have lost their azzes. Also, mismanagement of company funds and personnel have not helped the stock either. Any thoughts any one ??? I am looking for the other foot to drop, ie on Charlies head. hk
