Aus:

Interesting idea, but unlikely. Interest or something similar to it, would usually be handled by "punitive" damages as part of the ultimate finding of the court. Additionally, it is unlikely that this would happen in view of the Federal court rule regarding the posting of a bond as discuss in some prior posts on the thread.

That being said, has anyone been able to obtain information re: the injunction that counsel were to submit to the court after the last hearing (I believe if was on 10/26). If someone has a contact with Cindy at SNDK, I don't think it is unreasonable for an investor to ask the content of an injunction in what is litigation that could have the potential for a large shift in stock value.

Finally, isn't COMDEX starting in LV next week. Seems to me that SNDK usually has between 5 and 10 press releases at each trade show. Lets hope they follow through again. I note that SNK has 2 booths this year. Their own and one shared booth with some major players.

Ausdauer, re: "re: legal options for redress, remedy and reparation"

An "interest-bearing" account is a form of "bond" which is typically used after a judgement is awarded in the plaintiff's favor and the case is subsequently appealed by the defendant.
