John, I think we are in violent agreement on essentially all of what you say in this post. Nothing would be more objectionable to me than a bunch of politically motivated regulators hovering over the SW industry. If that were to occur, I would be the first to concede that the "Fix" is far worse than the problem (although I DO think we had pretty serious problem for a couple of years).. If that happens, I'll come back and apologize to you, and to the thread, in fact. I think I hear you saying that the last thing we need in any of our fast moving, entrepreneurial industries is oversight by a pack of unthinking bureaucrats..... to which I will bow and say AMEN!! tso
