Another speculative, unadulterated guess--

RGEN's Market Cap twitters about 100M$. About 22Mshares
outstanding. At just over 4 1/2, we are there. This seems
to be the trigger level for the larger institutional investors, 100M$ Cap.
Maybe we lured some. Just a guess.
