I think that as long as the dividend is safe that there will be a floor under the stock. The latest announcement was a disaster which took me by surprise because I believed that management had put the worst behind them. Today's downgrade was well deserved, but note that the stock didn't suffer much as a result...so I have to conclude that in the short to intermediate term there isn't much more downside risk. On the other hand, we sure aren't going to see a big rally anytime soon. I'm taking ONE off my buy list. However, I'm not selling my existing position. We'll take another look at this one as the story unfolds.
