I think that the NQB's new electronic quoting system has a lot to do with the narrowing of the immediate effects of delisting as well as the ECN's such as istinet taht will keep quoting garbage like NCDR even though not a single MM will. It seems to have lenngthened the life of this crap which might give the crooks more time to do buyins. An associate of mine was bought in on NCDR just the other day. I am still short every share. I missed this POS the other day as well. Oh well.........NEXT
