OT DS... The bummer about it all is that the field I was in, public education, has been seeing this for some time. The system is so incapable of rewarding their people and making them feel worthwhile that they constantly lose top talent. I don't want to go into the gory details, but when my principal wouldn't let us come in on weekends to work or required an admin. assistant to escort us through the office after 3:30PM or wouldn't let us have a key to the copy room and would require us to sign in every morning, I would frequently ask... "Do you think Intel treats their employees this way?" I left because of the adults, not the kids. Rick
