Will the $2mm order qualify VLNC for IDB money ? If so when? Upon shipment, invoicing or receipt of payment ?

Also,,, 'Due to the very unusual physical and energy requirements in this challenging application, " Sounds like it was a shape that may have required some re-tooling of the lines hence the delays. Certainly they will be under close watch by others to see if they can meet requirements without any delays or problems for this first production run. There is going to be a lot of trading in the near future.
