taxman: Thanks for the heads up. The shareholders meeting reflected great solidarity behind MSFT execs and BOD. Of course this shouldn't surprise us as they have created great wealth for their shareholders and great power world wide for the US in software development and commerce. JFD

Wonder if Bill Gates got clearance from Joel Klein or Judge Jackson regarding the acceptability of any new strategic alliances. Not only could it affect a settlement, but judge and joel have shown their sparkling business genius.
