Faber on CNBC is now speculating that the MSFT big strategic raltionship might involve Tandy &/or Intuit.

IF it's Tandy .... CPQ could get some MAJOR collateral benefit ... sure hope so

NEW YORK (Dow Jones)--Microsoft Corp. (MSFT) will hold a telephone conference
call Thursday to announce a strategic alliance.

In a press release Thursday, the software giant said Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer Bill Gates and President Steve Ballmer will participate in the
12 p.m. EST call.

Microsoft didn't disclose details of the call's topic, but The Los Angeles
Times reported Thursday that executives may discuss an investment in Loral Space
& Communications Ltd. (LOR), which sells communications satellite systems and
services.

New York Stock Exchange-listed shares of Loral closed Wednesday at 16 1/2, up
4.3%, or 11/16.
