ADVANCE NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Annual General Meeting of PYNG TECHNOLOGIES CORP. will be held on January 24, 2000, having as one of its purposes the election of directors of the Company for the ensuing year. Members holding in the aggregate not less than 10% of the outstanding shares of the Company having the right to vote at the Meeting are invited to make written nominations for directors of the Company.
