John, Re the switch of auditors from Price W. to Arthur A., it was not done suddenly. It was done in an orderly matter with the letter from PW saying that all was well included with the 8K filed with the SEC. My guess is that either AA came in with better price, services or overall value than PW would provide. But I don't know. And it's not important enough to me to phone and find out. One possible reason for the change in auditors is the new CFO hired last spring. When I move to a new company, I tend to use the same vendors as I have in the past. The CFO may have been comfortable working with a particular AA partner and just waited until an appropriate time to switch to his preferred vendor.
