There's a chance that ABX will take a run at one of the stocks I own - and (in Canada at any rate) that would represent a tax free roll over if it's for stock not cash. So from my perspective just now - the low price IMO of Barrick is just fine with me. K is always tantalising - but the overhang from the bought deal is probably there in the price and maybe overdone.
