DCHT up 4 fold from the lows set in the previous weeks, and now an announcement of a $2.4 milion contract with a "major" fuel cell manufacturer.

As this could set the defacto standard for other fuel cell companies, this press release is a block buster.

DCH Technology's Chairman Announces Contract at
Equities Conference

NEW YORK, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- David Haberman, Chairman of DCH Technology, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DCHT
- news) announced today at the Fall Equities Conference that DCHT has been selected by a major fuel cell manufacturer to
provide hydrogen sensors as part of their fuel cell power systems. This significant purchase, together with options, is valued at
over $2.4 million.

``This contract represents a significant market opportunity for DCHT in fuel cells, whether they be used for industrial, residential,
portable or other power requirements,' said Dennis Reid, DCHT's Director of Sales. ``In addition to this application, we
currently have four automobile manufacturers testing our sensors for use as a hydrogen leak detector in their fuel cell vehicles.'

Utilities, car companies and government agencies are investing heavily in fuel cell technology and demonstrations in order to
meet the demands for efficient, clean power around the world. This selection represents the creation of a de facto standard in
the fuel cell industry to use DCHT's hydrogen sensors as the embedded safety device.

Mr. Haberman also discussed some of the other accomplishments made by DCHT in the past year. These include quadrupling
the number of employees, tripling the company's square footage and the sale of DCHT's first fuel cell systems. Additional
observations made by Mr. Haberman can be found at the company's website: dcht.com.

DCHT builds sensor-based safety and process monitoring equipment that improves the productivity of industrial operations,
ranging from semiconductor fabrication and the hydrogenation of food oils to petrochemical and glass manufacturing. DCHT
already provides this equipment to nuclear power plants and for transformer safety. Now fuel cell power systems and their
associated hydrogen infrastructure will utilize this proven sensor technology to ensure the safe implementation of clean, efficient,
distributed energy.
