Top Listing Hey gang, This top listing thing is kinda cool. BANY gets off the pinks....and they may be rolling again. I think Top Listing is at the COMDEX show in Las Vegas. I didn't think BANY has sold any ANYI stock...they have pledged to put most of it away in the restricted stock deal. I think the stock that is out there is the stock paid to promoters....and perhaps a few 100k that is just getting traded back and forth. The MMs have widened the spread to help take care of that. Well......just a few weeks until the cash-in......so I would assume the big plan will be out soon......I think Krosge will be your new CEO.....and the plan will be approved......and VC money will come in. I would think you would be looking for VC @ 50 cents per share....but ANYI gets the funding to give the new plan a shot. I'm watching out for death spiral convertibles.....and hope they don't go that way.......I think Integrity Capital is working on it? ANYI has already done a death spiral.<g> ANYI at a buck?.....Hmmmmm. Think I'll wait to see the plan....and the financing. bg
