Good answer CCC, we all have opinions and yours are very well taken points. I think the answer is some where in between. I've really had some bad times with management that does not work for the share
holders. In this case I really don't know. Still think it is a good long term buy and not a short at this price. IMHO

Agree 100%, CC. It's just the directors, not management in toto.
It's not really that significant for them.
