Boys, the "arbitragers" have got a grip on HLIT/CUBE. This stock is dead money until their semi deal is announced. CUBE Management has got a REAL problem on their hands. CUBE would have been easily at $52-$54 WITHOUT the deal - based on the DVD XMAS season alone. This has been a total debacle and a shame. This is not what HLIT had in mind either. I know HLIT had no idea how negative the sentiment was on CUBE.

This is a textbook example on how Management CANNOT IGNORE Wall Street. AB's behavior the last three years regarding the courting of Wall Street banks has been positively Gaulic. And now, we, and CUBE's employees, are suffering because of it.

You had to listen to the analyst on CNBC last night. He was genuinely perplexed at CUBE's current valuation.

Doug Sease, I would like to introduce you to Alex Balkanski.

In retrospect, this deal was too complicated for the average MO player to understand.

Funny you should mention KQIP, I just bought some. I paid a bit too much I see now. Oh well, I think it will come back and go higher in the next day or two. CUBE is dead money and LWIN taking a serious dump.
